06 Jul NONPROFIT STUDENTSCARE ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH JEFF PAULSON
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: July 6, 2022 — Nonprofit StudentsCare is thrilled to announce our partnership with Jeff Paulson.
Jeff will be joining us as mentor and strategic advisor. He is CEO of Paulson & Paulson Consulting. He also served 37 years with Sodexo in both Higher Education, Healthcare, and Senior Living. With over three decades in these fields Jeff is a proven leader with an extensive track record. He is committed to building winning, scalable business strategies that drive growth.
“I connected with Jeff over LinkedIn in response to our post for new board members. With Jeff’s wealth of knowledge in healthcare and sales, and his commitment to making a difference, I am excited to involve him in our work,” said Erica Sokol Carroll, founder and CEO of StudentsCare. “After a few conversations, we decided it would be best for Jeff to serve as an advisor, helping us to navigate the hospital and senior living space and work towards implementing a fee-for-service model to diversify our revenue— a long time strategic goal of ours. I look forward to this opportunity to learn from Jeff and take this next step forward which will enable us to further develop our organization and grow our impact.”
“I have always had a strong passion for care, as a CEO in Healthcare and Senior Living for Sodexo, I was blessed to be able to visit so many hospitals including multiple children’s hospitals,” said Jeff. “What caught my attention was the work StudentsCare does with children’s hospitals and senior living and I want to give back inside a world that mirrors the work I devoted my life and career to.”
“Empathy, Impact and Purpose happen when you make a difference, one person at a time, every day. Jeff added, I believe in making a difference today as much as I did in the work world. The StudentsCare mission accomplishes that very goal.”
StudentsCare is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that connects undergraduate healthcare students nationwide with hospitalized children, isolated seniors, and their families to provide fun, friendship and support.
